as far as i remembered, this song should be from the 80s.
and being a 80s baby (yes i know i’m old)…
this is the kind of song you live (& listen) while growing up.
simple lyrics, yet extremely meaningful 
my colleague used this as one of her wedding song…
sweet and totally appropriate.

This is one of my favorite Mandarin Pop.
The lyrics should have been introduced in traditional characters and translated into English, as well for foreign viewers.
I regularly visit Singapore every Feb/Mar but not this time, as I was treated nasty by a security officer of Malay descent in the Changi Airport last March.
