  1. Er, not sure but if it saves the unborn child from being infected, I guess the mothers should got for testing. But the problem will arise from the father. The father had to have his itch cured but end up endangering other lives. Hmm. Rather tricky, this issue.

    That’s true.
    Even if they do make it mandatory as a pre-pregnancy checkup, it wouldn’t be sufficient.

    Perhaps if they do make it mandatory for pre-marriage and get those men to stop poking HIV infested holes, they might be able to lower the chances of getting the virus.

    Only applicable if it’s sexually transmitted.
