Utterly clueless about their DAILY work, DAILY programs and RESPONSIBILITIES.

Isn’t it easier for everyone…
If you’d provide us with the actual program details (which you said you already planned and knew since Oct), instead of giving us a vague answer when we asked for it during Nov’07?

Changing it without informing us (yesterday), causing major problems to the system, after office hours… and repeating the same mistake that would cost us revenue lost and unnecessary scolding, just because you FORGET to change the program when you PROMISED my superior, you would do it immediately (yesterday)?

I’m not going to come back to work tomorrow, if they are making any more changes.
They can jolly well answer to my big boss, if anything goes wrong to the program, revenue and when clients complain.
