After a long and physically draining meeting (tried keeping self awake for 4hours), the best way to relax would be to have a good dinner, chat and movie with someone special.

And he made it happened.

Dinner – at a quiet little place, Book Cafe, at the end of Mhd Sultan Road (Martin Road, to be exact), serves good chocolate milkshakes, cheeseburgers and is an excellent place to chill with friends or for a quiet read.

as for dessert, walnut cake with vanilla icecream…

It was such a nice place to chill, we almost forgotten about the movie, Made Of Honor, which was starting in 10mins time at The Cathay. After what seemed to be a mad rush, we made it just in time. *Heh*

As for the story, it’s pretty much the typical “he/she is my best friend and i realize i’m in love with him/her when i’m about to lose him/her”. It’s almost exactly like My Best Friend’s Wedding (1997 movie starring Julia Roberts) but at least… it has a happy ending

I’m sure you can pretty much guess what happened in the end.
In short, the guy gets the girl.

But i love how he tries to win her back by making himself into the best maid of honor, planning and helping with all wedding details and the extremely hilarious ‘glow-in-the-dark thunder beads necklace’. Hmmm… and i wonder if the short shorts guy is from Mariah Carey’s new music video… *Heh*

It makes me go “awww…” at the right scenes, the main cast is dreamy and good company… *grins*
