KL Trip – Sights

First up, sights…

Pls note, photos intensive post

Day One:

Came close to going up Twin Tower but were stopped by security…

Right in front of us, was the notice, informing all tourists and locals that it was closed for the holiday. Which left me speechless but it’s okay, at least we tried and there will always be next time.

Next was Petaling Street…

The sights and people…

Its food and stalls…

Day Two:

Next up, KL Tower…

Amazing 360 view of the city, we even managed to spot our hotel, heh. The ticket included a trip up the tower, mini animal park, f1 simulator, culture show and a ride on the pony (we missed the last 3 deliberately, since the place was filled to the brim with people).

And after which…

We made our way to the old KL railway station and Central Market.

The old railway station is currently undergoing ‘makeover’ but still open for commuters and hidden in one of the buildings, is its humble rail museum, detailing its past and changes.

As for Central Market, it remained pretty much the same, since my last trip to KL (when i was 12)… only difference, it has free WIFI connection aka WirelessKL! And in case you were wondering, the connection is surprisingly smooth, probably because i was the only one on it. heh.

Okay, that’s about all the sights we managed to see in those 2 days…

Next post, would be on the hotel, food and/or transport
