Filler: Night shot from the 57th floor

Well, silly me didn’t expect the view to be that great from my hotel room… Since i’m without a tripod, i made do with what i had in the room… Using the arm chair as a support, for a slow shutter shot, holding my breath for 15secs and trying to keep hands from shaking. One of the better ones, uncropped and unedited. ISO: 1600 Exposure: 1.6 sec Aperture: 4.0 Focal Length: 24mm Flash Used: No As for the white speck, i think it could have been dust particles stuck to the window. Filler: Water Lily

It never fail to amaze me, that the last few shots (usually floral) i take during a trip, comes out better than the landscapes and portraits. Perhaps it’s a sign… That i should concentrate on plant life and the occasional sneaky snapshots… *evil smirk* Anyway, photo as followed (uncropped and unedited): ISO: 200 Exposure: 1/250 sec Aperture: 5.6 Focal Length: 170mm Surprised to see it come out decent, with the 18-200mm… Hmm, guess i can shelf my buying thoughts for Tamron 90mm for a while… Time to plan some floral walks soon 😀 On a side note… More fillers will be up, cos i’m trying to get back into momentum (at work) and there are mountains of paperwork to go…
