Moments in Style by Sony”, a photography exhibition by Sony, featuring four of Singapore’s most prominent photographers, will be a lead up to AFF 2013.

The exhibition will take place from 25th April to 19th May 2013, at ION Orchard Level 1 Atrium.

All four photographers will be using Sony’s powerful full-frame Alpha 99 DSLR cameras along with its complementary full-frame lenses.
The Alpha 99 captures beautiful, finely detailed images from corner to corner with a wide dynamic range and low noise, and will be a great tool in bringing the vision of these photographers to life.

Recognised on a local and international level, these photographers were specially selected for their distinctive styles and modern outlook on today’s world of photography.

On  Darren Gabriel Leow, Joel Lim, Adrian Tan and Gladys Ng (the four photographers):

Darren sees the world through his camera lens, and his masterful usage of bold colours was acknowledged with his nomination to represent Singapore at the Godowsky Awards in Boston’s Photography Resource Centre.

Taking inspiration from a broad range of subjects, Joel’s technique is derived by studying how light, shadows and angles come together.

Despite only being in the profession for two years, upcoming photographer Adrian Tan has quickly developed a unique artistic eye and has brought a fresh perspective to fashion photography.

Fascinated by fashion and beauty, Gladys translates her fantasies into images through her experimental techniques to create works of art.

For guests or members of the public who would like to purchase these one of a kind images, part of the proceeds will be donated to a selected charity organization, Breast Cancer Foundation.

AFF 2013 will run from 15th April to 19th May 2013, at Tent@Marina Promenade.
