Well, the router i got from IT show, Aztech Wireless-N router had been problematic or the cause of my wireless-less problem (eg. unable to get ip or connect but connection is okay when cable is directly connected from modem to desktop) for the past few days, aside from the faulty / inconsistent Motorola modem (inconsistent linkage from modem to desktop).

The Starhub tech guy came, switched a new Motorola SB6120 modem and now it’s working fine / smooth. As for the Aztech modem, he tried getting it connected, went through the admin page but still can’t get it working aka no ip and linkage (but my laptops are able to detect it). In short, very problematic.

Thankfully one problem down, many thanks to the tech guy.

At least one thing is for sure, I would stick to Linksys or better brands from now on, esp. seeing my last Linksys modem cum router not giving me any major issues and had been ‘alive’ for 3 years until this week.

Sigh, oh well.

Gonna go pick up a new one later.
Hopefully less or no problems.

Update:
Dad picked Dlink 655 router (wasn’t what i had in mind, wanted the WRT320N instead) and works immediately after 5mins of setting up, one of the easiest to setup (aside from my old linksys) , making it more obvious, there’s something wrong with that Aztech router.

Let’s see if it’ll work for my bro’s setup… hmm…

A totally partially exposed chocolate easter egg and broken easter bunny, that’s on the shelf.
I’m pretty sure the supermarket staff didn’t play punk, just to have a laugh but some itchy handed consumer certainly did. Someone who’s overly curious to know what is in it.

Whoever did this, it’s not funny.

It’s never appropriate to open up a merchandise (be it food or anything) and leave it out in the open, giving pests a chance to crawl over it and knowing kids would be curious to touch or taste it. Which 2 kids actually did, touching it and almost tasting it.

And there was another incident, which i found a packet of freshly grounded beef, having the protective plastic cover poked through by another goon (totally different issue and at different supermart).

To all, please do not be so inconsiderate and tamper with food.
If you don’t have the intention to buy or even if you are just pissed off, don’t take it out on food as it could cause food poisoning if someone were to purchase and consume it.

Doesn’t help when family issues get on my nerves and people who mattered to me, are contributing to the stress.
I’m not pointing fingers but pls, everyone just give me a break.

Give me some space…
And not just continue nagging non-stop or forcing me to do whatever you guys want or expect me to be perfect.
Or want me to understand you guys but yet not doing the same for me.

Just feel so pressured till it seems like a good way to hit something or someone and disappear.

It took my family doctor only 10mins to give me a proper diagnosis, that i’m having food poisoning and stopping previous medications from the other 2 doctors… While the other 2 nincompoop (yes, i’m extremely upset with them), didn’t even do the proper checkup and just end up dumping medicines at me.

I’m not sure if that goes for all company doctors but at least the 2 nincompoop i saw, enable me to conclude, discrimination can happen even at a clinic or hospital.

In my own words:

“Discrimination, can be found anywhere… even at the doctor’s office. when doc treats those under coy medical plan like crap… … and put their brains on shutdown mode.”

Made me upset, wondering…

Aren’t all patients the same?
We are there, because we are sick… and even if we are under company medical benefits, that allows us to pay lesser, doesn’t make us a lesser human than the rest of the patients, who are paying the full cost.

No doubt some people misuse the company medical benefits & policy to get medical cert but still, if we are genuinely sick and look half dead or has gone back to see you (the doc) for more than once, shouldn’t you at least show some decency to look at your patient in the eye and do a proper checkup?

No thanks for the extra pointless instruction, to not eat at all, since i feel nausea.
If i don’t eat at all, how am i do eat the diahorrea medication you gave the day before?
So, i’m suppose to starve myself till i stop feeling sick in all sense?

And at least try to give me my test result as soon as it’s ready, then forgetting about it and make me wait 30mins while you sit there and talk on the blardy mobile phone. Or push vitamins which i clearly have no use for, while i can’t think clearly and when i’m sick enough to vomit on your shoes.

And neither of the 2 nincompoop gave me a proper and direct diagnosis of what i’m having.
Jeez.

Thank God i can still count on my family doctor…
Even though the cost is higher but at least i still get treated like a proper sick patient and not like a box for medication dumping.
